    1. Reset button on the search page

      I am looking for a number of properties in different locations, some freehold and some leasehold. My computer (and this may be my fault) remembers my last search and re-instates it. That's fine, but if I don't want leasehold offices in Hackney, but freehold offices in Guildford, I've to un-tick everything. other search engines have a 'reset' button... that would be really useful.

          my agent asked me to look at site before advertising - spelling/text errors = amateurish
